Quneitra governorate is divided into two administrative districts, namely Al Fiq and Quneitra, which are further divided into a total of six sub-districts.1310 Its capital is the city of Quneitra.1311 As of April 2026, IOM estimated the governorate’s population at about 119 000, including residents, IDPs, and returnees from abroad.1312
