Research challenges

During the research process, a number of articles and reports initially identified became inaccessible or were removed. It was subsequently established that many of these sources remained accessible from within Pakistan but were restricted for users accessing them from abroad. In particular, access to certain Pakistani state websites and the websites of some institutes appeared to be geographically limited.
