Defining the terms of reference
The terms of reference of this report build on previous EUAA reporting on the same topic, internal and external consultations with experts, the EUAA COI network members, and reflects recent developments in the country. The TOR final version that can be found in Annex 2: Terms of Reference.
The reference period for this report is from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, but also includes general information to provide background and contextual information to the current situation. The drafting period finished on 17 April 2025, peer review occurred between 20 and 27 April 2026, and additional information was added to the report as a result of the quality review process during the review implementation up until 30 April 2026. The report was internally reviewed subsequently.
