Serious breaches of international humanitarian law and international human rights law are reported in relation to the non-international armed conflict between Belgravian security forces and Blestil armed group.
Reported violations by the state forces include unlawful or arbitrary killings (including extrajudicial killings), torture and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment, arbitrary arrest or detention.
Blestil has committed human rights abuses, such as: terrorist attacks on civilians, targeted killings (including extrajudicial and politically motivated killings), killing, maiming, abduction, rape and other forms of sexual violence, disappearances, etc.
