Tieto usmernenia boli vypracované na to, aby doplnili animáciu agentúry o prevencii užívania návykových látok a aby sa používali spolu s ňou. Cieľom oboch je pomôcť odborníkom v oblasti prijímania viesť preventívne diskusie s dospievajúcimi chlapcami žiadajúcimi o azyl.
