This is a practical tool complementing the Operational Standards and Indicators on the Asylum Procedure with vulnerability-related standards and indicators as well as a theoretical introduction to vulnerability. It aims to support Member States achieve fair and effective asylum procedures and strengthen the CEAS at an operational level for applicants in a vulnerable situation.
