Fundamental Rights
The second Annual Report of the Office of the Fundamental Rights Officer provides an overview of its activities in 2025. It highlights the first year of implementation of the EUAA Fundamental Rights Strategy 2024-2028, with the completion of the 2025 Action Plan cycle, the first full year of operationalisation of the complaints mechanism, and the activities of the Office in the operational and technical assistance of the Agency.
