The report provides an update on the security situation at both the country and regional levels. It presents an overview at country level of the main security trends and conflict dynamics during the reference period (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026). In addition, it outlines the main developments concerning state and non-state armed actors, including their areas of control and presence during the reporting period. Finally, it examines conflict dynamics and security developments at the regional level, including information on incidents and their impact on civilian life, as well as conflict-related humanitarian issues.
